In Septemebr 2022 Air Technology undertook an acid clean on ASP diffusers for a customer. This involves injected atomised acid into the process air lines to remove organic and mineral build up on the diffusers. The results were stark with a great pattern recovery on the back ends and some fantastic savings- over 65,700kW/ annum for a payback of just 8 months.
