We don't need any personal contact information, so unless you wish to share it with your Air Technology contact we will never ask for it. If you do give it to us it will be treated the same as your company details - we will also remove this at your request.
We will store limited financial data for your organisation to allow us to work with you - this is contained within our accounting/banking software and is heavily protected. Access to this information is severely limited.
We will never share you contact details with any third parties without your explicit consent. In our case this is most likely to be introducing you to related businesses to help you optimise yours.
Information will be stored in our databases indefinitely, or until you choose to be removed.
If you wish for your data to be removed from our system you can contact us via a form, and we will remove it.
If you wish to contact us with an issue, you can use data@airtechnology.co.uk - we will endeavour to act on any emails to this address within 72 hours.
You are legally entitled to request a copy of the information we hold on you, this might include emails/contact details. We reserve the right to charge for this depending on the amount of data - the maximum charge will be £10.
