Compressed Air Validation to ISO8573 - Measuring Air Quality

Compressed Air Quality

For many processes, compressed air quality is of prime importance. Air Technology can validate compressed air to ISO8573, measuring:

  • Dewpoint
  • Oil carryover
  • Moisture content
  • Particulate burden

Compressed Air and Inert Gas Measurement and Analysis

Air Technology can also assess the air for trace gases such as Carbon dioxide and Carbon monoxide, using industry standard Dräger tubes. For very high quality,Class 1 or greater, or for more specialist requirements Air Technology will manage the analysis through our partnerships with specialist analytical laboratories. Examples include filter paper analysis for hydrocarbon and viable burdens.

We have considerable experience working in pharmaceutical GMP areas, both in compressed air and inert gases, providing validation of systems during IQ, OQ and PQ validation stages.
